Chocolate Truffle Recipe

MAIN INGREDIENTS
(For a pack of forty truffles)
- 100g icing sugar
- 100g of butter
- 30g cocoa or chocolate vermicelli
- 2 egg yolks
- Chocolate pastry 250g
- And especially one glass of liqueur Cointreau
Cooking time :

Preparation :
Melt your chocolate in double boiler and add the butter gradually, stirring continuously. Apart from heat, add the egg yolks, sugar and Cointreau. Put the mixture in the fridge a few hours and then once solidified, shape the dough into small balls to shape the truffles. Enjoy!
