From October 19 to 23th 2024, meet Mathez at SIAL for a double anniversary. The event is celebrating its 60th anniversary, and our gourmet cocoa truffles their 90th. To celebrate, we invite you to discover our new products: tasty recipes and daring packaging! Meet us in Hall 5 of the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte, where we’ll be manning a festive, gourmet stand.
For the 60th anniversary of SIAL, Mathez will be there!
60 years ago, the first Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) took place. In 2024, it celebrates a very special anniversary, bringing together a host of industry professionals for 5 days. The program is intended to be festive, warm and brimming with good ideas. At Mathez, that’s everything we love! So we’re delighted to be taking part in this anniversary edition, which celebrates food innovation through meetings and events not to be missed.
Trade visitors can look forward to a cocktail of business, discovery and inspiration. In the midst of this festive atmosphere, they will have the opportunity to reflect on the metamorphosis of the food industry in the age of AI, Deeptech and CSR. There’ll be plenty to talk about, and visitors will also have the chance to discover all the exhibitors’ innovations. Mathez will be taking part, with a stand packed with modern, tasty products.
Between meetings and discoveries of new products, you can take part in the events organized by SIAL Paris. In particular, you’ll witness a moment worthy of the Olympic Games, with the presentation of some twenty themed trophies rewarding innovation. They are awarded by business sector: dairy products, seafood products, sweet groceries, frozen foods, and so on. The show will also feature the world’s largest foodlab, with 600 start-ups expected to attend, and even a huge new feature for the 60th anniversary: SIAL Summits, summits dedicated to the challenges and prospects of the food industry.

And what about Mathez? Well, you’ll find us prominently displayed in hall 5b, aisle P, n°255. Our stand will be decked out in lights, as we’re also celebrating a very special anniversary: our 90th! In the midst of this festive decor, discover our French chocolates and exclusive packaging. You’ll also be able to take advantage of a generous distribution of goodies in our brand colors, with our bold truffles in the spotlight.
For the occasion, we’ll be presenting all our new products, starting with our festive Advent calendar 100% cocoa truffles : yes, Christmas is just around the corner. It will be accompanied by the latest packaging designed by our creative teams: pretty Christmas tins, the new Fox tin to complement the “Animals” range, and much more!
And of course, our chocolate truffles are the main feature of this anniversary stand. Future partners, discover our classics and original “fancy truffles”, all made with quality ingredients, natural flavours and crispy inclusions. Mathez teams will be on hand to talk you through all our ranges: organic, pure cocoa butter and palm oil-free.
